The “fit” between the needs of your business and the career goals of individuals is vital. We determine this by conducting open and honest face-to-face interviews. Additional assessment using aptitude and psychometric instruments can also be incorporated where appropriate. To gain real insight we also talk to senior people who have worked closely with the candidate in the past. The better we understand the candidate, the more confident we can be that they are the right person for the role, and the role is the right one for them

When you have decided which candidate best fits, we will assist with the delivery of the offer and manage the process through to acceptance and commencement. We will address candidate concerns, offering advice and market information whilst liaising with you. This is to ensure that any issues or concerns are immediately identified and resolved, reducing the chances of a counter offer being accepted.
We maintain regular contact with our clients and candidates after the appointment to ensure a smooth transition and integration. Finally we will undertake a review of the assignment with you and share any valuable industry knowledge we have gathered, during the assignment.
