Barry Thorpe

Barry has over 30 years experience in Financial Services distribution across Fees Only, IFA, Multi-Tie and Tied propositions. His time has been divided between private client work, mostly as an IFA principal, and corporate work, leading to his appointment as Group Director of Employee Benefits for Thinc Group, a role he held until early 2008. Barry has been at Ezek Talent Management since 2009 and is now channelling his understanding of the marketplace to assist client firms locate ‘hard-to-find’ individuals and finding senior roles for executives and consultants who are looking for their next challenge.
