Jon Lawton

Jon has been a Partner at Ezek Talent Management since 1998. He began his career in Retail, before moving to Financial Services where he held the position of Personnel & Development Director. He then moved to the European Division of a global car manufacturer, first as HR Director and ultimately as European Commercial Director. Apart from managing the delivery of all Consulting Services provided by Ezek in the broader Talent Management arena, he personally specialises in working with individual Directors, Senior Managers and Professionals as an Executive Coach and Career Counsellor. Additionally, he continues to undertake search assignments mainly within Professional Services.
