exit at Junction 11 and follow signs to Cheltenham (A40)

at first roundabout take the first exit, B4063 signposted Churchdown; this is  Cheltenham Road East

at the second set of traffic lights on this road (Mercedes and Range Rover will be to your right), turn left into Meteor Business Park

immediately on your right you will see Lancaster Centre
